How fast will I get my estimate?
Most estimates are delivered in 24–48 hours. Projects over 100,000 SF take 3–5 days. Rush 24-hour delivery is available.
What files do you need from me?
PDF plans are enough for most jobs. We also accept DWG, RVT and cloud links. Include specifications and addenda if you have them.
How accurate are your estimates?
Takeoff quantities are typically within ±2%, and every estimate is reviewed by a second estimator before delivery.
Which countries do you work in?
All 50 US states, the UK, UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Australia and Pakistan, priced to each local market.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. We sign an NDA on request, store files privately and never share drawings or numbers with other bidders.
How can I apply for a job?

Do you offer internships?
Yes. We run a 3-month paid internship for civil engineering and quantity surveying graduates twice a year.
